Bianca Umali started her career as a child star, and over the years, the young Kapuso star has truly blossomed into an empowering woman of beauty and influence.
In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com in January 2020, Bianca shared her stand on being healthy and staying fit.
She said, "Being healthy is a lifestyle and it is a choice. It's not something that you should do for other people, and it's not something that you should do for the eyes of other people [or] for comments or likes. It's something that you should do for yourself."
Bianca highlighted the importance of listening to your body and learning how to best nourish it.
"I don't put any effort into it anymore. I used to, but now since sobrang busy din and ayokong sagarin 'yung katawan ko, I just watch what I eat and take care of my body," the Kapuso actress said.
